Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all US orders, with no minimum purchase required.

How long will my order take to arrive?
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Friday to Tuesday)
- Transit time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch

What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once dispatched.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
